Please check out our sizing guide, grab your tape measure and measure away…if you’re still unsure send us your measurements and the item you’re interested in and we’ll lend a hand.

Email us at service@mixmix.ca with the link to the item to price match, we’ll send you a promo code so you can complete your order (must be completed within 48hours).The price must be in Canadian dollars and the item must be available in the same size and color.

We offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and all the various Paypal options (Credit card, Debit card and American Express).

We do not store any of your details ourselves. All of your information is processed directly by either Shopify or Paypal via their secure payment gateways.

Please note that Paypal offers you a chance to link up your bank account and pay directly from your savings account without having to use a credit card.

Canadians will pay taxes according to the province they live in (taxes are based on the shipping address).

Everyone else is tax free!! (well almost, you may pay custom and duty taxes when the item is delivered, please refer to your local customs office for more details).

We know you are impatiently awaiting the arrival of your new favourite item, log-in to your account and click on Order History at any time to check the status.

Can’t find your size? Want an item in a different colour? Just shoot us an email to service@mixmix.ca with a description of what you want and size needed… we’ll hustle up our suppliers and go out of our way to help you (factor in a few extra days extra for us to receive your order and send it on its way)… Same shipping rules and same return/exchange policy. As you can understand Special orders are sold at the suggested retail price.

Lucky you, you scored a promo code! Pick out your desired item, add it to your cart, click on checkout, fill in your billing/shipping address, continue to payment method and put the code in the discount box (above pricing), click apply and voila… easy as pie

Live across the ocean? $49 for all other international deliveries. Please note that unfortunately, we don’t ship to Russia yet.

Yes yes yes, we ship to the states. We’d love to ship anything anywhere but due to customs regulations some items may not leave Canada, these items have a note in the description (mainly Point Zero jackets with Coyote fur).

Cause we have a love of all things local we use Canada Post within Canada and elsewhere in the world. 

We know you’re eagerly awaiting your new item so we try to get it to you as fast as possible… It may take up to 10 business days depending on where in the world you are (most orders within Canada arrive within 6 business days, Quebec/Ontario (major cities) 3 business days). Please allow a few extra days during sales periods. In rare cases your package may be delayed a few days due to customs, please be patient this is out of our control.

It usually takes 3-6 business days to the States.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Jacket a little cosy? Room for 2 people? No worries…. Email us within 14 days of the package delivery date at service@mixmix.ca with your order number and what size you need… Once we have confirmed the availability of the item we’ll put it away for you and await the return of your jacket…

The item must be returned immediately, in mint (unworn) condition with all the tags attached, we will not accept the return if not attached.

For exchanges on items over $100 its free within Canada (we charge a $10 flat rate under $100 or you can post it yourself), we’ll send out our trusty Canpar buddies to come and pick it up, you’ll need to be home (or someone else) in order to hand over the box (we can pick it up from another address if this is not possible).

Note : We will only accept one exchange (can be several items) per order. If the size that you are looking for is not available it is considered a ‘’return for refund’’, please see the procedure below…

****We do not offer exchanges on international orders, if you require a different size please make a new order and refer to the return procedure below to receive a refund.

Once we receive the item and have checked that all is in order we will ship out your new item and email you a new tracking number.

Don’t want to wait for it to come back to us? Make a new order for the correct size so we can ship out to you straight away and we’ll refund you once we receive your item back.

Not quite the look you wanted? Doesn’t fit and your size not available? Email us within 14 days of the package delivery date at service@mixmix.ca to grab a refund authorisation number so we expect your package. Any items received without a return authorisation number will not be refunded.

Ship* it back to us (at your expense, we highly recommend using a tracked package and insuring your item, wouldn’t want to take the risk of it not making it back to us) in its original condition (tags attached, original box).

The item must be returned immediately, in mint (unworn) condition with all the tags attached, we will not accept the return if not attached.

*For all international orders, be aware that you are responsible for customs charges, taxes and all other fees associated with the return. We urge you to contact your chosen shipping courier to minimize these fees. If you are shipping the return from the United States we strongly suggest the United States Postal Service (USPS), because their fees are usually the lowest and we have had issues with other carriers. To save time and money, we strongly recommend writing “Return of Canadian merchandise” on the box. If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

NOTE : If you used a promo code be aware that if after returning an item you no longer qualify for the discount your refund will be adjusted.
